Accepting a Trial Booking From the Waiting List

If a Trial Booking is in the Waiting List, you'll need to accept it like a normal booking.

How will I know which waiting list bookings are for trials?

This will be represented by the Booking Status in the Waiting List table:

• Go to the main Waiting List (or Class Waiting List)
• Select Accept Booking

• Check the Lessons they have selected
• Check the Cost
• Select Payment Type
• Accept Consumer

Payment will be taken and the Customer will receive a trial booking confirmation email.
