Editing Your Account
To edit your account, Click on the icon in the top right of the screen that contains your initials. Here you edit your name and email address, as well as changing your Password.
NOTE: Your email address also acts as your Username for logging into FranScape, so if you change it, your username will also change and any system email alerts will go to the new address.
Changing Your Password
Go to "Account Preferences" and select “Change Password”:
· Enter your old password
· Enter your new password
· Confirm your new password
· Click Save
Forgotten Password
If you've forgotten your password, go to the login screen and select “Forgot Your Password?”:
· Enter the email address you use to log in to your account
· Click “Request Password Reset”
An email will arrive shortly. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
