Active/Inactive status is automatically assigned based on the activity of the subject
Subjects include:
- Venues
- Found in Venues tab and under Active
- Are active if classes are created at the venue and the date range includes today.
- Instructors
- Found in Instructors tab and under Active

- Are active if they are assigned to a class that is currently active.
- Courses
- Found in Instructors tab and under Status
- Are Active if their date range includes today.
- Customers
- Found in Instructors tab and under Active
- Are active if one or more of their consumers is currently booked into an active class.
- Consumers
- Found in Consumers tab and under Active
- Are active if they are currently booked into an active class.
