Understanding when the active/inactive statuses are changed throughout the system

Active/Inactive status is automatically assigned based on the activity of the subject

• Venues
  • Are active if classes are created at the venue and the date range includes today.
• Instructors
  • Are active if they are assigned to a class that is currently active.
• Classes
  • Are Active if the Course they are attached to is Active
• Courses
  • Are Active if their date range includes today.
• Customers
  • Are active if one or more of their consumers is currently booked into an active class.
• Consumers
  • Are active if they are currently booked into an active class.
