      Adding an Existing consumer onto a Class Waiting List

      How to add a customer directly onto a waiting list?

      To drop a consumer that already exists on Franscape straight into a Class Waiting List:
      • Navigate to the required Class
      • Select the Waiting List tab
       
      • Above the Waiting List table, select Add Consumer

      • Enter the Customer's name (or email address) 
        • This brings up results as you type
      • Select the Customer from the list
        • This populates the Consumer list
      • Select the Consumer from the list
      • Click ADD TO CLASS

      The Consumer will now be added to the waiting list.
