Card Expiry Warning Email

When a card assigned to a Monthly Plan is due to expire in the current month the Franchisee and Customer are sent an email.

If you receive a card expiry warning, it means the customer has also received one with instructions on what to do. You don't need to do anything, but you may want to keep an eye on whether the customer has added a new card, or just contact them and do it for them over the phone.
