Changing Plan Monthly Amount to Venue Member

If you charge Non-Member fees at your Venues they will affect the monthly payment amount.

First you will need to add Venue Membership Information to the Customer . Once the member status has been changed FranScape does the rest.

NOTE: The next monthly payment is already scheduled, so the Monthly Amount won't change until that payment has been taken. When FranScape schedules the next payment it will take into account the Customer's membership status at the venue and change the price accordingly.

 
Inform the Customer that the price change will only be applied from after their next payment.  It is up to you if you want to credit them for the current month (the difference between the Member & Non-Member prices)
