Online classes still need to be attached to a venue - here's what you need to know
How to make the most of online venues?
The simplest way to do this is to have at least one Online venue per Franchise area.
For Example: Online North East.
You can then select this venue for all your online classes.
PLEASE NOTE: An online venue will still need a full address & postcode to show on the Lesson Finder.
For online classes, the venue information is not shown to customers upon booking.
Only running online classes from Head Office?
If your online classes are managed centrally you can add a single, centrally located venue.
How do I set up an Online Venue?
Setting up an online venue is the same as creating a normal venue.
Once the system detects an online class at this venue, the venue will show under the Online Service Type.
