      Customer & Consumer Statuses

      Customers & Consumers have 4 statuses:

        Consumers

        • Booked
          • Is not in a current class, but is booked into a future class 

        Please Note: The "Booked" status is currently in beta testing - further refinements will be made in the near future.

        • Active
          • Is in a current class, but is not booked or re-enroled into a future class 
        • Active & Booked
          • Is in a current class, and is re-enroled or booked into a future class 
        • Inactive
          • Is not in a Current Class
          • Is not booked or re-enroled into a future class

        Customers

        Is the same as above, but prefix each explanation with:

        "Has at least one Consumer who..."

        For Example: Booked = "Has at least one Consumer who is not in a current class, but is booked into a future class".
