What Details Can I Export?
The export will consist of the following customer details:
- ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Numbers
- Marketing Preferences
- SMS
- Phone
- Post
WARNING! It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to filter this data by marketing preferences. Only those with "YES" under the relevant preference should be contacted for marketing.
Where Can I Export Customer Details From?
Data can be exported from the following places:
- Customers Table
- Exports details of the Customers in the table
- Plans Table
- Exports details of the Customers that own the plans in the table
- Consumers Table
- Exports details of the Customers that own the Consumers in the table
- Classes Table
- Exports details of the Customers that own the Consumers that are in the Classes in the table
- Main Waiting List
- Exports details of the Customers that made the bookings in the table
How Do I Export Customer Details?
- Go to any of the places listed above
- Filter the table as required
The export will only contain the filtered results
- Select Contact Customers
- Select Export
- Read the Warning
- Read the Statements. If you are happy to continue, tick each one to agree
Please Note: If you do not agree to these statements you will not be able to download the data.
- Select Download Customer Data
Your data CSV will download via your browser.
