Cyber Security Policy
FranScape is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data across our platform. While we maintain a range of internal cybersecurity policies and procedures, these documents are not routinely shared externally for security purposes.
NOTE: Your contract with Franscape may include sections regarding security in more detail.
While FranScape provides the underlying secure platform, responsibility for some aspects of cyber security lies with individual brands and users. For example:
-
Password Management – Each brand determines how often Franchisees, Teachers, or Staff are required to update their passwords.
-
Access Controls – Brand administrators are responsible for managing user permissions and ensuring only authorised users have access.
We can only share the following publically:
-
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
-
FranScape systems undergo regular security testing using reputable third-party applications.
