Franscape's new dashboards give you a better insight into how your business is performing.
Why replace the old dashboard?
We listened! Thanks to user feedback, we identified the limitations of the old solution and decided that, rather than keep trying to make it work, we would start from scratch.
So what's new?
Everything!
Our dashboards have been completely reimagined and rebuilt from the ground up. Here's what you can look forward to:
Dedicated Database: We've implemented a brand-new, dedicated database designed specifically to manage dashboard data. This means lightning-fast responsiveness, pinpoint accuracy, and unparalleled flexibility.
Sleek New User Interface: Navigating your data has never been easier or more intuitive. Our redesigned UI ensures a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
This feature is currently in Beta. We'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions on the dashboards and widgets we could add in the future.

Navigating the new dashboards
To make the data more easily digestible, the Dashboard is now split into 5 sections:
Summary
This is a summary of some of the crucial figures from the dashboard.
Global Admin Users
Admin users get an overview of the performance of the entire network. See Network Dashboard for more information.
Revenue
The Revenue tab is focused on one thing - Money! It tracks payment and balance totals, and offers comparison to previous day & month.
Bookings
The bookings tab tracks your booking numbers, waiting list, Hot Leads and overall occupancy.
People
The People tab tracks numbers related to Customers and Consumers, including related activity such as Occupancy and Outstanding Balances.
Services
The Services tab gives you an overview of scheduled and cancelled lessons, and offers comparison to previous week & month.
How do I know what the figures I'm seeing are made up of?
Every widget has a description:
Number Only Widgets
Hover over the 
icon to display the description:
Comparison/Chart/Table Widgets
Hover over the widget and the 
icon will appear. Hover over this icon to display the description:
Summary
At the bottom of the Summary tab, there is a table summary of some of your figures:
- Occupancy
- Green = Greater than 79%
- Orange = Greater than or equal to 65%
- Red = Less than 65%
- Hot Leads
- Green = Equal to 0
- Orange = Greater than 0
- Red = Greater than 5
- Outstanding Balance
- Green = Equal to £0
- Orange = Less than £0
- Red = Less than -£200
What if my dashboard is blank?
If you leave Franscape idle on the dashboard page, it can sometimes need a refresh to pull in the up-to-date figures. Simply click Refresh on your browser.
