Enabling/Disabling Media Permissions
This guide provides information on how to disable/enable media permissions for a consumer. This can be done by the customer or by you.
NOTE: Media permissions are selected at the time of booking a consumer into a class.
Customer guide:
- Open the customer portal
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Open my Consumers (This might be named My Swimmers etc;)
- Click on Media for the Consumer
- Select Allow / Not Allow Media Permissions
Franchisee/Admin Guide:
- On the Customer's account, select the Consumers Tab
- View the Consumer (press the magnifying glass)
- Select Edit (pencil icon) on Personal Details
- Media Usage can be ticked / unticked:
- Press SAVE
