      Editing a Course

      How to edit the details of a course:

      • Navigate to the Courses table
      • Open your Course
      • In the information tab, select Edit

      Here's what you can edit

      • Start & End date of the course

      WARNING: Editing the course dates will not affect any existing lessons

      • Course type
      • Scheme
      • Show Online date
      • Date Offline date

      NOTE: To apply the dates to all classes whilst you're editing, you must tick the box at the bottom of the modal window (below).

       

      • Course URL

      WARNING: URL's must be full URL's, including 'https://'

       

      Correct URL: https://kb.franscape.io/knowledge

      Incorrect URL: kb.franscape.io/knowledge

      • Description 

      You must only use plain text - no emojis or images. It will appear in a single-paragraph format in the class preview page.
