FAQ - Automatic secondary booking removal

Why has a consumer been automatically removed from my class?

If a class has rolled over, and a consumer is added to the waiting list, they are added to the waiting list for both:

  • Current term
  • Upcoming term

A customer will be automatically removed from the current term, if they have been accepted onto the upcoming term.

Why does the instructor receive an email?

The Instructor will receive an email notifying them the customer has been removed from the class.

 

This email will include:

  • Which class the consumer has been accepted onto
  • Which class they have been removed from

NOTE: This email is just to inform you a consumer has been removed from the waiting list, due to being booked in the upcoming term.

 

No action is required.
