How can my customers register without booking a class?

You can provide your customers with a link to your customer portal registration page to allow registration without booking a class.

This will depend on your customer portal URL:

  • https://portal.(enter your franchise name here).com/register
  • https://portal.(enter your franchise name here).franscape.io/register

For example:

  • Customer portal dashboard URL:

  • Replace "/dashboard" with "/register"

 

  • Customers will be able to enter their information and register using this.
