How do customers pay for the rollover?

This guide provides information on how customers can pay for their rollover charge

Customers will be automatically charged on their account when a rollover occurs.

They can pay for this charge (if there is an outstanding balance) by doing the following:

  • Open the Customer Portal
  • Navigate to Payments
  • Select "Pay"
