Discount Codes will allow you to create your own codes with custom values, for customers to use when booking.

Discount? Voucher? Coupon?
The customer facing phrase 'Discount Codes' is a global variable.
- If you are a Franchisee, please contact your Franscape Administrators to discuss this
- If you are a Franscape Administrator, and would like to change this wording, please contact support@franscape.io
- We will need your preferred wording in singular & plural
Example
- Singular = 'Voucher'
- Plural = 'Vouchers'
Who can offer discount codes?
Answer: Franchisees & Admins!
- Franchisee Discount Codes - Will only be available for their classes, which have Discount Codes Enabled
- Admin Discount Codes - Will be available for all classes across the system with Discount Codes enabled.
NOTE: A Franchisees code will take priority, the Admin code will be a fallback if the Franchisee does not have this code available.
How does it look to the Customer?
If you have Discount Codes enabled, your booking journey will now have a new input field where customers can apply a valid discount code:
If the Discount Code is valid, the cost breakdown will be updated to show their Discount applied:
NOTE: Fixed discounts will be applied per consumer booked.
What if I use Venue Non-member Surcharges?
If you have non-member surcharges on your classes, the discount will not affect the surcharge.
Example:
Lessons Cost = £100.00
Non-member Surcharge = £10.00
Total = £110.00
**Customer applies a 100% Discount Code**
Discount amount = £100.00
Payment amount = £10.00
What if the Class is full?
Discount Codes cannot be applied to full classes, as we cannot guarantee the customer's code will be valid when space becomes available.
