How do I add a consumer to the waiting list for the next course?
This article will help you add a consumer to a waiting list for the next course
Pre-rollover
- Add the consumer into the current Class Waiting List
- When you roll over the Course, the Waiting List is carried over to the new Course
- The consumer can then be accepted onto the class

Post-rollover
- Navigate to the Upcoming Class
- Add the consumer into the upcoming Class > Waiting List
- You can accept them into the Class when space is available
Tip: You could add a note to the consumer's account stating that they will be starting the class in the upcoming term.
This is useful if you have other admin staff who need to know this information.
