How Do I Cancel a Lesson?
- Navigate to the Class > Lessons tab
- Select the “X” symbol to open the cancellation window
- Select a Reason for cancelling the lesson from the list
- This list is curated by your Franscape Administrators
- Enter any Extra Information (Visible to Customers)
- Credit consumers for cost of lesson
- Ticked - Automatically apply a credit to any consumers booked onto this lesson
- The values can be edited, but will default to the per lesson price.
- Unticked - No credit is applied for the cancellation

- Send SMS
- Ticked - All customers will receive an SMS regarding the cancellation
- The system will present you with the total charge for sending SMS's.
- Unticked - No customer SMS's are sent
- Send Email
- Ticked - All customers will receive an email regarding the cancellation
- Unticked - No customer emails are sent
- Click SAVE
