How do I set up Discount Codes?

This is a guide to set up Customer facing Discount Codes to be used on your Classes

Can't find Discount Codes?

You may need to ask your Franscape Administrators to enable this feature on your account.

How to create a Discount Code

Navigate to Business Settings > Discount Codes
Select New Discount Code
- Code (Required)

NOTE: You can either manually enter a code name, or you can automatically generate a code using this button

- Enabled
  - ON
    - This code will then depend on the remaining options
  - OFF
    - This discount code cannot be used, regardless of the remaining options.
- Type
  - Fixed £
    - Must be a currency value
  - Percentage %
    - Must be a whole number
- Usage Limit
  - The maximum times this code can be used

TIP: Uses are Per Consumer - If a Customer books 2 consumers onto your class and uses a Discount Code, that will count as 2 uses.

- Start Date (Required)
  - The first day this code can be used
- End Date
  - The final day this code can be used
- Booking Types (Required)
  - Select the booking type this code can be used on

NOTE: Discount Codes can only be used on PIA & Monthly Initial Payments, a discount code cannot be applied to ongoing Monthly Payments.

WARNING: Discounting a Monthly Initial Payment will still mean the customer gets a full month deposit credited back to them when they cancel

How to enable Discount Codes on your Classes

Open the Class
Select Edit Class
Enable Allow Discount Codes

Click Save

Any valid discount codes can now be applied to bookings under this class
