I can't log in - Franchisee & Instructor Users
You can reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Franchisees
- Navigate to your Franchisee login page
- Select the 'Forgot your password' option:
- Request a Password Reset and follow the instructions in the email
Once Reset: Avoid using Google Autofill or similar tools when re-entering your login details after resetting your password, as they may still fill in the old password.
