I've made a rollover mistake

This guide provides information on how to resolve the issue of rolling over incorrect classes

If it is a small number of classes, you can do the following:

  • Remove consumers from the class

Removing a consumer from a Class

  • Remove charges from customer accounts

Transactions - Managing Charges

 

Alternatively, you can request the deletion of the class by the Head Office

NOTE: Deleting the class will remove charges and consumers automatically.
