Instructor Rates

 

PLEASE NOTE: An Instructor MUST have rates set for every Course Type. If not your reports may be inaccurate

 To add Instructor rates of pay:
  • Navigate to the Instructor
  • On the Information tab, scroll down to Rates of Pay
  • Click New Rate of Pay

  • Course Types:
    • Clicking Select All adds all Course Types that do not have a rate of pay already set for this instructor
      • You can remove them one by one after selecting all
    • You can add them one by one if required
  • Set the Rate for the selected Course Type/s
  • Add any notes if required
 

Caution: If you are changing existing rates, please:

  • Delete the existing rates
  • Add a note to the new rates stating what date they start 
 
SAVE

This will add the given rate to all selected Course Types
