Instructor Rates
PLEASE NOTE: An Instructor MUST have rates set for every Course Type. If not your reports may be inaccurate
To add Instructor rates of pay:
- Navigate to the Instructor
- On the Information tab, scroll down to Rates of Pay
- Click New Rate of Pay
- Course Types:
- Clicking Select All adds all Course Types that do not have a rate of pay already set for this instructor
- You can remove them one by one after selecting all
- You can add them one by one if required
- Clicking Select All adds all Course Types that do not have a rate of pay already set for this instructor
- Set the Rate for the selected Course Type/s
- Add any notes if required
Caution: If you are changing existing rates, please:
- Delete the existing rates
- Add a note to the new rates stating what date they start
SAVE
This will add the given rate to all selected Course Types
