Is it possible to skip payment when booking?
In summary, the customer does not have an option to skip payment. Only a Franchisee has the option to book a customer without payment.
As a Franchisee, you can add a customer to a class, without payment by doing the following:
- (If not existing) Creating the customer via phone booking
NOTE: This adds the consumer to the class waiting list
- (If existing) Adding the customer onto the waiting list of a class
- When accepting the consumer from the waiting list, a 100% price reduction can be applied
- Alternaviely, you can add a 'Pay Later' charge, which the customer can pay later via their customer portal.
