Lesson Attendance Figures

The Lesson Attendance Figures feature helps you track and understand how often a Consumer has attended the scheduled Lessons in an individual Class.

Where to Find It

You can view attendance figures in two places:

  • Lessons Table > Preview Pane > Register
    (For administrators and Franchisee users)

  • Instructor Portal > My Lessons > Register
(For instructors viewing their upcoming lessons)

In the lesson register you will see two viewing options:

Selecting "Attendance" will show you the attendance figures for that class:

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure attendance figures are accurate, all lesson registers must be completed and submitted online.PLEASE NOTE:

Missing or incomplete registers will lead to incorrect attendance percentages for Consumers.

What Attendance Means

Attendance shows how many times a Consumer has been marked as “Present” in their lessons.

  • It only counts lessons that the Consumer is actually placed in.

  • This means that even if two Consumers are in the same class, their attendance figures might differ if they joined at different times or missed previous lessons.

Example:
If a Consumer has been scheduled for 10 lessons and was marked “Present” 7 times, their attendance would be 7 out of 10 (or 70%).

If another Consumer has been scheduled for 9 lessons and was marked “Present” 7 times, their attendance would be 7 out of 9 (or 78%).

What is "Potential" Attendance?

Potential Attendance gives a preview of what the attendance percentage would be if the Consumer is marked as “Present” in the lesson.

  • This is helpful for seeing how attendance might change before you submit the register.

  • It’s like saying: "If this Consumer attends today’s lesson, their attendance will go up to X%."

When Is Potential Attendance Visible?

  • Shows: From 48 hours before the lesson starts until the end time of the lesson.

  • Hidden: If the register is submitted before the lesson ends, potential attendance will no longer be shown (since the final attendance has already been recorded).
