      Moving a Consumer in an Upcoming Class

      • Navigate to the Classes Table
      • Filter Upcoming
      • Open the selected Class
      • Click the Consumers tab
      From here, the action will be similar to: Moving a Consumer to Another Class
       

      WARNING: If the new class has a different monthly price, their next payment will reflect the new price.

      PLEASE NOTE: If a Monthly Consumer is moved between upcoming classes, the system will create a "Child Plan" to reflect the movement.

       

      Until the new course starts, it will appear that the Consumer has 2 active plans.

      This is normal, as once the current plan ends, the new one will start.
