What if some of your classes are not eligible for the Monthly Plan and you are moving a Consumer between them?
If a Consumer is on a plan in a group class but is moving to a non-plan Class:
- Process a 30-Day Cancellation of their plan
- After you've processed the plan cancellation, delete the charge marked 30 Days Notice - Pro-rata Charge for remaining days
- Make a New Booking for the Consumer in the non-plan class as normal
- The credit from their deposit will be used up by the booking charges
