      Moving a Trial Booking

      How do I move a trial booking to another class?

      The only way to move a Trial booking to another class is to remove the Consumer from the class they are currently booked into and re-book them into another class.

      Remove a Trial Consumer From a Class

        Delete the Original Charge

        • Go to the Customer profile
        • Select the Transactions tab
        • Delete the charge for the original Trial booking

        This will give the Customer a Credit balance that will be used up when you rebook them into another Class
