Registers - A Data Protection Warning

Your company should have a Data Protection Policy in place. We recommend the following relating to lesson registers:

All instructors should be warned that printed registers must be destroyed once they have been completed and attendance have been details fed into FranScape.

Although the register links expire 24 hours after the end of the lesson, we recommend they permanently delete the emails that contained the register links or use the “Remove Attachment” function where available.
