      Private Lessons (121/221) - Alternate Weeks

      For Classes that take place on alternate weeks you will need to create the Private Classes, then delete the lessons that aren't required.

       NOTE: This needs to be done before the consumer is booked into the class.

      PLEASE NOTE: Not deleting the alternate Classes will result in the Venue Manager's Report being inaccurate in their favour.

      • Navigate to the relevant Class
      • Select the Lessons tab
      • For each of the lessons not required, select the red dustbin button on the far right of the row.

      Once this is done you are free to book the Consumers in via Phone Booking
