How to stop a Consumer Re-Enrolling

To stop a Consumer from re-enrolling in the next course:
  • Navigate to the Class
  • Select the Consumers Tab
  • Select the Re-Enrolment button

  • To confirm, select Change Status
 

The consumer's Re-Enrolment Status will be changed to No
