Suspending Plans

How do I suspend a Monthly Plan?

PLEASE NOTE - Suspension of plans is based around the idea that either:

 

  1. Classes have been cancelled for an extended period, such as COVID lockdown.
  2. Customer is absent for an extended period, e.g. won't be attending for 6 weeks.

This time period must be greater than one month.

You cannot un-suspend a plan within one month of suspension.

 

If you are just suspending a plan, but the class is still running, you will need to remove the consumer from all lessons they are not attending.

Suspending a plan

  • Navigate to the Plan
  • Click Edit

  • Click on the Suspended button to turn it green
  • Click Update

The Plan is now suspended. The next scheduled payment has been removed and no further charges/payments will be taken.
