Switching from Monthly plan to Pay in Advance

If a customer has recently signed up to the Monthly Plan, but then decides they would rather just pay in advance for the whole course:

  • Cancel their Plan by processing a 14-day cancellation 
      • UNTICK Remove from class to keep the consumer in the class
  • Delete the charges related to the Monthly Plan
  • Add a charge for the Lessons as PIA

NOTE: Managing Charges

The money they've already paid toward Monthly doesn't need to be refunded, as it will stay on their account as credit against the Pay in Advance charges.

 

What if the Customer has been on a Monthly Plan for a longer period?

If the Customer has been on a Monthly Plan for a longer period, it is better to cancel their plan and then re-book them into the class as Pay in Advance.
