If a customer has recently signed up to the Monthly Plan, but then decides they would rather just pay in advance for the whole course:
- Process a 14-day cancellation but don't choose to remove them from the class.
- Delete the charges related to Monthly
- Add correct Pay in Advance Charges for the course.
The money they've already paid toward Monthly doesn't need to be refunded - it will stay on their account as credit against the Pay in Advance charges.
What if the Customer has been on a Monthly Plan for a longer period?
If the Customer has been on a Monthly Plan for a longer period, it is better to cancel their plan and then re-book them into the class as Pay in Advance.
