Bookings Report Beta - Thank you for your feedback.

  • Improvement: the Bookings Table is now available for Admin users.

We've picked up on an issue where Consumers being moved from one upcoming class to another upcoming class are being counted as new bookings. We're working on resolving this as soon as possible.


  • Improved: Classes where "Allow Individual Lesson Booking" is ON - Customers can now book to the waiting list if all lessons are full.
  • Fixed: Issue where the Award Fee charge was being duplicated when accepting a Pay in Advance booking from the Waiting List.
  • Fixed: Issue where a Trial Customer was able to switch directly from a trial to Monthly Payments via My Classes in the Customer Portal.
  • Fixed: Issue in Phone Booking where the Date of Birth entered would save as 1 day earlier.


  • Improved: Classes Table/Class Information - Added a button that takes you directly to the class overview page.


  • Fixed: Issue where the Payments & Refunds Report was not available for Admin users.
  • Fixed: Issue in the Outstanding Balance Report where the Active/Inactive Customer filter was not working.
