You can now configure a venue to be Private and/or Hide the Address. This gives franchisees greater control over how venues and their details are shown to consumers.

  • Private Venue: When set to Private, classes at the venue will not appear in Lesson Finder or Classes Widgets, but class overview pages remain accessible.
  • Hide Address: When the address is hidden, no location details are shown on public pages.
  • Public Venues + Full Address: When enabled, venues and their full addresses appear in consumer search results and on public-facing pages.

NOTE: The Venue Name will still be visible.

👤 Customers Assigned to Franchisees Bug Fix

We resolved multiple edge cases where customers were not being correctly assigned to the expected franchisee.

  • Waiting list for a new franchisee: If a customer was already assigned to Franchisee A but then joined a waiting list for classes owned by Franchisee B, the record was not consistently reassigned. This now assigns correctly to Franchisee B.
  • Manual customer creation without postcode: When a franchisee added a customer without a postcode, the customer sometimes remained unassigned. The system now assigns them to the creating franchisee.
  • Manual customer creation with a postcode outside the area: If a postcode mapped to another territory, the new record occasionally failed to assign. The record is now assigned to the creating franchisee as expected.

Outcome: Customer ownership is now reliable across booking and manual-entry flows, ensuring clear franchisee relationships and accurate communication routing.
