New Features!

Class-Specific URLs - Every class now has its own unique URL, which can be shared with your customers for easier booking.

See here for details.

When a Customer clicks on the link, it takes them to the new Class Preview Page.

Class Preview Page - This is a new page where a Customer can view the details of individual classes. This is the landing page for the Class-Specific URL and can also be accessed from the Finder.

Take a Look! - Go to your Classes table and click on the button for any class to copy the URL, then paste it into your browser.

See here for further details.

Crash Courses - Language Adjustments

Course Types can now be flagged as CrashCourse/One-Off (see the Settings section in this email). This has allowed us to change the language used in the Finder and the Class Preview Page.

For Example: Where the header of a Finder card for a Crash Course would say "Mondays at 4:00pm", it will instead show as "Starts Monday 25th January"

See here for details (Admins Only).

Communications

  • Improved rules for sending "Failed Booking" emails to Franchisees
    • These will now only send if a payment fails during the booking process.
