Finder

  • Following user feedback, we have made improvements to how the Finder shows that it is "Searching" for results. The venues panel will now contain "rippling" placeholders until the search results appear.

  • FIXED: Issue where the "Show Classes With Waiting List" selection stopped working

Class Preview Pages

Improvements have been made to the display of these pages where the course is coming to an end:

  • If there are no future lessons, but the Take Offline Date is in the future AND no child class (rollover) is present, the “This Class Has Ended” message is displayed
  • If there are no future lessons, but the Take Offline Date is in the future AND a child class (rollover) is present, the preview page for the upcoming class will be displayed instead

Bookings

  • FIXED: issue where the booking summary sometimes showed a different next payment date to the previous page
  • FIXED: Issue where the Lesson Calendar was not adjusting for British Summer Time

Classes

  • FIXED: Issue where, for Franchisee users, the Classes page was very slow to load
  • FIXED: Class > Consumers > Switch to Monthly - Issue where, for Franchisee users, the "Switch to Monthly" screen would not load

 

Communications

  • FIXED: Issue where some rollover emails would fail to send
  • FIXED: Issue where some bulk SMS would fail to send

Customers

  • FIXED - Customer Portal > My Classes: Issue where the Lesson Calendar was not adjusting for British Summer Time

Reports

Payments & Refunds Report

  • FIXED: Issue where the report was including deleted levies in the calculations
  • FIXED: Issue where export to CSV caused an error
