👨👩👧 Manual Control Over Sibling Discount
Improvement: Franchisees and Admins can now disable a consumer's sibling discount manually.
More informationClasses → Consumers
In some situations, a Sibling Discount may not be appropriate for specific consumers — such as where families request different billing terms or exceptions apply.
From the Class > Consumers screen, Admin or Franchisee users can now deselect the Sibling Discount for any child.
- This allows you to stop their future Sibling Discounts under this class.
- The sibling discount will remain off until manually re-enabled for that consumer.
📧 Trial Follow-up Email Duplication
Fix: We've resolved an issue where Trial Follow-up emails were being sent more than once.
More informationAutomation → Emails
Previously, under certain conditions, consumers could receive duplicate follow-up emails after attending a trial class.
This has now been fixed — the email will only send once per trial attendance, ensuring clean communication and avoiding repetition for customers.
🔄 Switch to Monthly: Non-Member Fee
Fix: Switching to Monthly no longer applies a non-member fee to members.
More informationVenue → Non-Member Fees
Some customers experienced an incorrect fee being added when switching to a monthly plan — even if they were valid members.
This logic has now been corrected. Only non-members will be charged the non-member fee where applicable.
Note: This did not affect any venues that do not have a Venue Non-Member Fee.
🧑💼 Franchisee Role Assignment on Creation
Fix: Franchisee user roles are now correctly assigned immediately upon creation.
More informationPeople → Franchisee Users
Previously, when a Franchisee user was created, their role assignment would not apply automatically — requiring a manual update after creation to function correctly.
This issue has now been resolved. Roles will now be correctly applied at the point of creation without any additional user intervention.
- Ensures consistent permissions are granted from the start.
- Improves onboarding speed and reduces admin overhead.
Tip: If you previously worked around this by editing the user after creation, this is no longer necessary.
