Email & SMS
I’m delighted to announce that you can now contact customers in bulk via Email & SMS via Franscape.
PLEASE NOTE: The following template must be used for any cancellation messages sent via SMS & Email, with the same tone and structure used for any other messages:
 "I’m afraid that today’s lessons at have been cancelled due to  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. A credit has been added to your account." 
Both SMS and Emails sent are No Reply.

As part of this function we have also added “Members and “Customers” tab to each Venue:
  • Members: Shows all Customers with a membership status of “Confirmed” or “Unchecked” for that venue
  • Customers: Shows all Customers that have a Consumer in a class in the current course
