Undo Plan Cancellation
If a Customer cancels their plan then changes their mind within a few days it can be reversed. To do this send the following details to FranScape
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Consumer Name
- Plan ID
- Date plan was cancelled
After the plan has been reinstated:
WARNING:
The plan will try to catch up on payments from the month the plan was cancelled.
To stop these payments being processed, please mark the payment as taken:
Plan > Card Icon > Mark payment as taken
CHECK:
The consumer has been readded to the classes & lessons.
That the Class > Consumers rollover status has been restored to 'Yes'
INFORMATION:
It is your responsibility to remove any charges/credits relating to the initial cancellation.
If the deposit of the plan was credited back to the customer, this will not be reinstated.
