Adding a contact to a Venue
Here you can store details of contacts related to the venue
Adding a Contact
- Navigate to the Venue
- Select the "Contacts" tab
- Select "New Contact"
- Fill in the fields with whatever information you have
- Select a Role
- The contents of this list are curated by your Franscape Administrator
- Set whether they are the Primary Contact
- The Primary Contact for a venue is the person that will receive any system emails that are set to go to the venue.
- Only one Primary Contact can be set per venue.
- Select whether the contact should receive the Daily Register Report (Send Lesson Registers)
