Adding a contact to a Venue

Here you can store details of contacts related to the venue


Adding a Contact

  • Navigate to the Venue
  • Select the "Contacts" tab
  • Select "New Contact"
  • Fill in the fields with whatever information you have
  • Select a Role
    • The contents of this list are curated by your Franscape Administrator
  • Set whether they are the Primary Contact
    • The Primary Contact for a venue is the person that will receive any system emails that are set to go to the venue.
    • Only one Primary Contact can be set per venue.
  • Select whether the contact should receive the Daily Register Report (Send Lesson Registers)
