Venue Groups

NOTE: New Venue Groups can only be created by your FranScape Administrator

Your Venues can be organised in Groups, categorising them by, for example,  the chain that they belong to (Village, Marriott etc…), or the type of venue (School, Village Hall etc...).  Any Independent Venues are stored in the “Independent” group for ease of sorting.

When adding a new Venue, you must assign it to a Group.  If you desperately need to add a new venue that requires a new group to be created when your FranScape Administrator is unavailable, add it to “Independent” and they can move it afterwards.

  • Notes
  • A list of venues attached to the group
