      Viewing Customer Leads

      Some prospective customers register via the website but do not book into classes. To view these prospective Customers: 
      • Go to the main CUSTOMER table
      • Sort the ADDED column to the newest date. 
      The customers in question will show up with:
      • An INACTIVE status
      • A £0.00 BALANCE
      • The LAST PAYMENT column will be empty
      • Some may not have registered a Consumer
