Waiting List Booking Notes

Customers booking directly into a Waiting List are now prompted to add notes relating to further availability.

When is this notes section displayed?

It is displayed on any booking that will go directly to the Waiting List.

Where is this notes section displayed?

In the booking flow Summary section:


Is it a mandatory field?

No. The Customer may not have anything to add, so we've kept it optional.

Where do I find these notes after they've been submitted?

The notes are saved in the Notes section of the Consumer's record.

What if multiple Consumers were part of the same booking?

The notes will be saved to all Consumers.
