FAQ - Why can't I find my Customer?

This article will guide you to find a missing Customer

How to Find a Customer

  • Navigate to the Customer's Tab > Customer's table
  • Use the filters below to search for the Customer

  • By default, these filters select all Active Customers 
  • To see all customers select Reset

I still can't find the customer

  • This is most likely down to the customer's postcode falling under another territory

NOTE: To solve this, you will need to contact your Franscape Administrator.
