Why can't my instructors see their lessons/classes?
Instructors may not see upcoming classes if they log into an old, inactive account under the same email, or if their lesson filters are set to a limited date range or status.
Instructors Tab - Admin / Franchisee's Portal
If an instructor has multiple accounts under the same email (one of which is old and inactive) they may be logging into the wrong account with no upcoming classes.
To find this, either:
- Navigate to Instructors Tab -> Filter -> Search -> *Email of instructor*
- Use the "Search everything" function, using the email of the instructor
How do I resolve this?
NOTE: We strongly advise against deleting data for reporting purposes. For more information on this, click here
- Select the old/inactive instructor account

- Navigate to the Overview Tab
- Instructor -> Edit - see Adding & Editing Instructors
- Change their email to "spoil" it. For example:

- Your instructor should be able to log into their active instructor account instead, and see their upcoming classes.
Lesson Filters - Instructor's Portal
By default, the filter search for lessons is set to the next 7 days, and all statuses (completed, cancelled etc;). Therefore, lessons scheduled beyond this time period do not show by default. Do the following to see these lessons:
- In the Instructor's portal, navigate to the Lessons tab -> Filter:

- Change date ranges to a suitable period (or, clear any period)
- Change class statuses
