Why won't a customer's card be deleted?
Generally, this is because the customer has one card and is linked to an existing, active plan.
First, the customer will have to add a new card.
Ask them to do the following:
- Navigate to their customer portal
- Navigate to Account -> Manage Your Cards
- Press the "+" to add a new card
- Enter the new card details

Once they have done this, you can update the plan to charge the new card.
This can be done by:
- Navigate to the customer's account
- Navigate to the Plans tab
- Press Edit (pencil icon) next to the Active plan
- Select the new card
- Press SAVE
Now, the old card is able to be deleted.
The customer can do this by:
- Navigate to their customer portal
- Navigate to Account -> Manage Your Cards
- Pressing "Delete" on their old card.
Alternatively, you can do this by:
- Navigate to the customer's account
- Navigate to the Cards tab
- Press "Delete" (red icon next to the card).
