  • Favicons are automatically generated using the Client Logo from system settings.
  • This now applies across Admin, Franchisee, Instructor, and Customer portals.
  • No setup required — the change is applied globally for all users of each portal type.

🗓️ Venue Timetable

Improvement: You can now filter the Classes Widget by a specific Venue.

This improvement allows users to display a venue-specific timetable using the Classes Widget.

Important: The venue filter is applied at the code level when implementing the widget. To enable this:

  • You must manually pass a venue_id as a parameter in your Classes Widget embed code.
  • The widget will then only display classes associated with that specific venue.

🚫 Hiding Disabled Venues

Improvement: Any classes linked to a Disabled venue will now be automatically removed from the Classes Widget.

If a venue is marked with the status Disabled, it will no longer appear in the Classes Widget — and all associated classes will be excluded from view. This helps keep your public-facing class listings up to date with only valid locations shown.

Why this matters: Disabling a venue is often used for seasonal closures, venue changes, or long-term site suspensions. This improvement ensures the class data shown to customers stays relevant without requiring further manual adjustment.

📋 Customers Not Booked Report

Improvement: A new Customers Not Booked report has been added.

🔧 Fixes to Customer Balances

Fix: Two balance-related issues have now been resolved.

  • Resolved an issue where the Customer Balance would not update correctly after new charges or payments. This now reflects in real-time within the Customers > Transactions tab.
  • Fixed the display of customer balances in Booking Confirmation Emails, ensuring that the amount shown correctly matches the up-to-date balance post-booking.

These improvements ensure customers receive more accurate information both within the platform and via email communications.


💳 Award Fee Notes

Fix: Notes attached to Award Fees were not displaying correctly. This issue has now been resolved.
